Don’t Think It’s Only Trump

I’m a public school teacher in Florida so I get to enjoy massive stupidity on the state level as well. Here is a good example. In an effort to keep schools safe someone reviewed the maps that the state has on file for each of the schools here. What did they discover? The maps were wrong. They did not accurately reflect the different numbering systems being used to indicate which building is which. Did they update the maps to reflect the reality? No, they came out and renumbered every building on our campus to reflect the map. And I’m sure this took place on many, many schools throughout Florida. Why acknowledge reality when you can simply change it. Sensible gun laws would be another good place to start but…. I though I might go down and apply for my “unconcealed” gun permit. Oh, wait I don’t even need that.
